We are thrilled to announce two new additions to our BBB Institute for Marketplace Trust Board of Directors! Parag Shah, the Chief Ethics Officer for Nationwide, joins us with more than 21 years of legal, regulatory, transactional (including M&A), governance, and compliance/ethics experiences. Parag has shown great talent in both strategy and leadership over the course of his career. He states, “Building trust in the marketplace is good for both consumers and businesses. I’m excited to be joining the board of an organization that is helping to foster this trust.” Please see more about Parag on his Linked In profile.

Our second new addition joins us from the Miami HEAT, where Lorenzo Butler is the Director of Business Communications there. He has negotiated national media partnerships working for Kansas City Public Library and was key in securing a new arena for downtown Sacramento. Lorenzo states, “Enhancing the relationship between consumers and businesses uplifts communities in ways that are often immeasurable. It’s my honor to join the BBB Institute for Marketplace Trust in its effort to champion the rights and needs of consumers while continuing to help businesses evolve as pillars of integrity.” To learn more about Lorenzo’s career, please visit his Linked In profile
