ARLINGTON, VA—The BBB Institute for Marketplace Trust (BBB Institute) announces three new members who will be serving on its Board of Directors:

Susan Arthur spent more than 30 years in the financial services industry. She recently retired from her position with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Investor Education Foundation, where she managed the Investor Protection Campaign. In this position, Ms. Arthur coordinated national, state and grassroots partnerships, and traveled across the country speaking to professional and consumer organizations about investment fraud prevention. She also worked for The NASDAQ Stock Market, where she held a variety of marketing and relationship-management positions. Ms. Arthur was instrumental in developing the Nasdaq MarketSite in Times Square, an interactive broadcast studio, investor, and event center.

Rod Davis is president and CEO of the Better Business Bureau Serving Southeast Florida and the Caribbean. Mr. Davis served on the board of the Council of Better Business Bureaus (CBBB), chaired the Ethics Partnership Council for Palm Beach County, and is a consumer advisor to the National Insurance Crime Bureau. He previously served as senior vice president of marketing, programs, and partnerships at the CBBB and president of the BBB Institute for Marketplace Trust. During his tenure at the CBBB, Mr. Davis served on the board of ASE, managed the integration of BBB data into the Federal Trade Commission’s Consumer Sentinel Database, partnered with FINRA to develop and deliver a campaign to fight financial fraud, and developed a cross-border dispute resolution program between Japan and the United States.  

Jonathan Liebert is the CEO and executive director of the Better Business Bureau of Southern Colorado and the Colorado Institute for Social Impact. Mr. Liebert is a recognized Leader in Colorado by the Beanstalk Foundation, and a Rising Star Award recipient from the Colorado Springs Business Journal. He is the national chair for the BBB4Good project, which is currently mapping social impact businesses throughout North America. Mr. Liebert is an adjunct professor in the School of Business at the University of Colorado (Colorado Springs) and currently serves on the Business Advisory Committee for the Colorado Secretary of State, the board of the Colorado Nonprofit Association, and several other key community boards.
